The Board of Directors is compromised of one chairman, vice chairman, and secretary as well as six members. The Board of Directors oversees and directs all Agency activities.
Thomas P. Gaulrapp Jr is the Director of field operations for Certified Interiors, Inc. Tom is a lifelong Village of Lindenhurst resident, and he is actively involved in the Lindenhurst Little League and Lindenhurst Soccer.
He has been a member of the NYC District Council of Carpenters Union for 21 years and has served as a business representative for 12 years.
Justin Belkin currently works as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® in the strategy department at Canon USA, where he was recognized as a Canon Presidential Spirit Award recipient.
Justin is a resident of Deer Park and has earned an MBA from the University of Oxford. He serves on the School Board at Ss. Cyril & Methodius School.
Previously, he spent nearly a decade working in financial services at firms like Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.
Paulette Laborne is a Legal aid with the Town of Babylon Planning and Zoning Department. She is a resident of Amityville and attended Farmingdale State College.
Paulette has been involved with fundraising for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and she is a volunteer lector and Eucharistic Minister at St Martin-Tours Church in Amityville.
She has been a proud Board member of the Town of Babylon IDA/IDC for over ten years.
William Bogardt works in Franchise Operations for Suffolk Regional Off-Track betting, finding, placing, marketing, and maintaining Self Service OTB machines in local establishments around the county.
William was born in Queens, NY and has lived in the Town of Babylon for 24 years; a home owner in Copiague for 19. He studied Music Performance at 5 Towns College, Business administration Dowling College. William enjoys listening to music, playing drums and piano.
He owned and operated a bar in Lindenhurst and a nightclub in Amityville from 1992 to 2002, specializing in original live music, mostly from local artists. William has been the Town Chairman of the Independence Party since 1998 and the State and County Secretary of the Independence Party since 2002.
William Celona is the Director of sales at Montana Datacom, a position he has held since 2010. Bill is a lifelong resident of Deer Park. He graduated from Deer Park High School with the class of 1983, thereafter attending Dowling College majoring in Business Management.
He is a coach of Deer Park Little League and Deer Park Soccer and is also a member of the Deer Park Library Board of Directors, as well as a Member of Our Lady of the Rosary Knights of Columbus in Deer Park.
Rosemarie Dearing is the Director of NACEC and North Amityville Community Development Corp; she is also is a Scientist with Brookhaven National Labs and Stony Brook University Health Sciences.
Rosemarie is a resident of Copiague and she graduated from West Virginia State College. She is actively involved with several community groups in the Town of Babylon.
Marcus Duffin is a Special Projects Coordinator for the Town of Babylon Supervisor’s office. He resides in Amityville and went to school at the University of Hartford.
Marcus is a driven professional with over 15 years of experience advancing local and state goals through effective government programs. In his free time, he devotes himself to working with community and youth organizations.
Carol Quirk is a fifty-four-year resident of Deer Park. She went to Bayside High School. She is a former Town Councilwoman, as well as a former Town Clerk.
Carol is currently retired and holds a position on the Deer Park High School Special Education Committee.
