Education

There are ten public schools that the residents of Babylon send their children to: Amityville, Babylon, Copiague, Deer Park, Farmingdale, Half Hollow Hills, Lindenhurst, North Babylon, West Babylon, and Wyandanch. Babylon is also home to SUNY Farmingdale College, and is within a fifteen minute car ride of Suffolk County Community College.
