You may be eligible to work with the Babylon IDA if:

• Your project site is within the geographical boundaries of the Town of Babylon.
• Your project costs are one million dollars or more.
• Your project is manufacturing or industrial, retail within specified geographic zones, affordable rental housing or tourism-related.
• Your project will create new job opportunities or retain existing jobs.

Please fill out the form below. Upon receiving your inquiry, a representative of the Babylon IDA will contact you regarding additional information necessary to start the application process. If you qualify, a one-time, non-refundable $1,500 fee will be required for us to partner with you.
